Monthly Discussion Meetings
Serious Mental Illness Awareness Movies, Books, Music Monthly Discussions
Serious Mental Illnesses impact families, communities, and all of us.
Every fourth Monday of the month at 7 pm, we will meet via zoom and discuss the movie, book, stand-up comedy or whatever the media is. Join us as we connect and share our thoughts, impressions, and ideas.
This month, we are reading, reviewing, and discussing the book about families affected by the serious mental illness of others in the family. This is also the story of how Grow a Strong Family was conceived and raised. This discussion includes a Q-A session with the author. Join us for a lively conversation about how we have managed to grow, develop our sense of humor, and become so skilled in so many areas we did not realize!
