This is a variation on a WRAP plan. As you may recall, WRAP is “Wellness Recovery Action Plan.” It is a guide to enable you to identify when you are stressed, what it looks like and feels like, for you. The Plan also allows you to identify and implement what works for you to reduce stress and its impact on you. Feeling Stressed – Keeping Well
