SO much to be grateful for!

November is here. Days are shorter.  Nights are longer.  Traditionally, our tendency is to hunker in.  That makes sense.  Still, for your mental health and well-being, get out everyday!  And yes, believe it or not, wear Deet!  Ticks are alive and well in malodorous activities.

We have been and continue to be zooming coaching sessions.  It is a wonderful way to manage your families in “real time” as things pop up.  Feel free to give yourselves the benefit of a cheerleader in your corner, someone knowledgeable and ready to support you on this journey.

We are now offering gift certificates!  If you know someone who could benefit from this service, give them the gift of life tools to navigate their new normal!  https://growastrongfamily.org/5690-2/
